• high standard cleaning service in between each rental period
  
  
• will provide renter with a rental agreement for signature upon booking the cottage which includes at the time of booking the collection of half the rent as a deposit and a refundable security deposit by certified cheque or bank draft.
  
• meeting renter at cottage on start date of rental period and collecting balance of rent, providing key, checking the number of people and how many vehicles.
  
  
• reminding renter of terms and conditions of rental agreement at the start of rental period and forfeiture of all or part of the security deposit if terms and conditions not complied with
  
  
• at the end of rental period obtaining key from renter and checking for damage to the cottage.
