It's fast and easy! Find a cottage that you wish to rent, submit contact form to Bluewater Cottage Rentals indicating which week(s) you require. If week(s) is available, fill out and send Rental Agreement and deposits to Bluewater Cottage Rentals within 5 days.

You can search for cottages by location, occupancy and rates. If you wish to view all cottages, choose "select all".

Note: The rental contract must be received in addition to a deposit and damage deposit for your booking to be accepted.
 
Step 3 - Put down a deposit on cottage
 

Confirmation of Acceptance and Deposit

  1. A deposit ( “Deposit”) in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the Rental Rate payable for the Rental Period and the $56.50 administration charge, as described in (3), can be made by cheque or money order payable to Royal LePage Heartland Realty And sent within ten (10) days to Bluewater Cottage Rentals following confirmation to the Renter that this Application has been accepted.  The Deposit shall be mailed with this Agreement, fully completed and signed.

  2. The balance of the Rental Rate shall be payable thirty (30) days prior to the Arrival Date, made payable as described for the Deposit and mailed to Bluewater Cottage Rentals.  In the event this Application is submitted less than thirty (30) days prior to the Arrival Date, the Deposit shall be the full amount of rent payable for the Rental Period.

  3. We now take Email Interact Transfer.

  4. All bookings are subject to a $56.50 ($50.00 + 6.50 HST) administration charge which must be added to the deposit or full rent when booking.


NOTE: The cottage cleaning is not included with the rental. It is your responsibility to ensure the property is left clean and tidy. This means that a thorough cleaning must be done by you and your party prior to departure. Cleaning materials are supplied.

Where possible, visit the property you are interested in. Pictures can give you an idea. A visit will give you a better picture.
Unless specified, ask the owner if linens, blankets, and pillows are supplied
If a television is provided, ask the owner if a DVD player is also available. If not, you may wish to bring your own with some DVDs.
Ensure the water in the cottage is drinkable. If not, bring your own bottled water.
Find out where the closest stores and medical facilities are.
If you plan on bringing your pets, make sure pets are permitted and agency has approved.
Make sure you are aware of the condition the cottage must be in when your rental term is complete.
If you plan on having day visitors, make sure the agency is informed.
