It's fast and easy! Find a cottage that you wish to rent, submit contact form to Bluewater Cottage Rentals indicating which week(s) you require. If week(s) is available, fill out and send Rental Agreement and deposits to Bluewater Cottage Rentals within 5 days.

Note: The rental contract must be received in addition to a deposit and damage deposit for your booking to be accepted.
 
Step 3 - Put down a deposit on cottage
 
UPON ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING, 50% OF RENTAL RATE BY WAY OF DEPOSIT (non-refundable) BY CERTIFIED CHEQUE OR BANK DRAFT ONLY TO BE SENT WITH SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT TO BE RECEIVED BY AND PAYABLE TO RE/MAX BLUEWATER REALTY INC. WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR TENTATIVE BOOKING BY PHONE OR EMAIL. THE BALANCE OF 50% OF THE RENTAL RATE AND THE $500.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS TO BE PAID IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 1.(2) AND CLAUSE 2. OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Once we have received and reviewed your Rental Contract , Deposit and refundable Damage Deposit , we will provide you with confirmation of your booking and acceptance of your application. All address, email and telephone information you will find on the Rental Contract attached.

NOTE: The cottage cleaning is not included with the rental. It is your responsibility to ensure the property is left clean and tidy. This means that a thorough cleaning must be done by you and your party prior to departure. Cleaning materials are supplied.

Where possible, visit the property you are interested in. Pictures can give you an idea. A visit will give you a better picture.
Unless specified, ask the owner if linens, blankets, and pillows are supplied
If a television is provided, ask the owner if a VCR is also available. If not, you may wish to bring your own with some videos.
Prior to your stay, come to an agreement with the owner regarding liability of goods in the cottage that become damaged during your stay.
Ensure the water in the cottage is drinkable. If not, bring your own bottled water.
Find out where the closest stores and medical facilities are.
If you plan on bringing your own water crafts, make sure the owner is informed.
If you plan on bringing your pets, make sure they are welcome.
Make sure you are aware of the condition the cottage must be in when your rental term is complete.
If you plan on having visitors, make sure the owner is informed.
